4. Order and Payment Terms

Order Process:

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase our products. We’ll send you an order confirmation email, but a contract is only formed when we dispatch your items.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, typically 15-25 business days after dispatch

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
