However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit. That’s why we’ve crafted a straightforward Returns & Exchanges policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully to understand the process and conditions.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of shipment. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Batteries (e.g., 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 6s batteries) for safety reasons.
  • Air Filters and Body Reamers due to hygiene and precision requirements.
  • Bearings and Brushless motors if used or installed.
  • Any product that has been tampered with or damaged due to misuse.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and a return authorization (RA) number. Do not ship the item without an RA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Include the RA number on the package.
  4. Processing: After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Timeline and Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or processor.
  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

5. Exchange Process

For exchanges (e.g., swapping a .21+ engine for a different model), the process is similar to returns. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the new product to you. Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our mistake.
